We came across MallorcaStyle on the web after we had purchased a villa in Puerto Andratx in 2006 and were looking for a local management company to help completely refurbish and furnish it, both internally and externally. Carolyn responded very quickly and at our first meeting gave us great confidence that she could handle the scope of the project, and importantly was sympathetic to our own ideas as well as providing stylistic input when we were a bit lost. The actual implementation went extremely well, she sourced a whole range of workmen and suppliers and organised them to bring the project in on time and within budget. This was done with great cooperation with ourselves, inevitably throughout the process we changed our mind a little, but this never phased her and she kept the process on track and was able to cope with the flexibility we required. Communication by email, phone and occasional face to face, was at all times quick and straight forward. Any inevitable tensions that arose, mostly amongst the contractors, were quickly sorted out without any real trauma for ourselves, I wish we could use her in the UK for similar projects. Included in the project were:-Since the refurb MallorcaStyle has managed both this property and an apartment that we also own in the same area that has a heavy rental schedule. The ongoing management process also works extremely well, they look after cleaning and ongoing maintenance of the properties and are always available and flexible, and quick to communicate. We couldn't manage without them. I recommend MallorcaStyle without reservation. I am happy to respond directly to a prospective client either by email or by phone.

MallorcaStyle have successfully managed our properties in Mallorca for the past four years. During this time Carolyn has helped us set up two of our properties which included furnishing and decorating them. You may view her work on her web site. In addition Carolyn has overseen carpentry work in the properties as well as the building of steps in the garden of one of them. It should be mentioned that Carolyn has sourced good contractors which cover most, if not all, domestic and maintenance needs. Carolyn is very easy to work with, both from our point of view and from the renter's too. I am sure you will enjoy working with her.
Carolyn Preston has acted as our Property Manager, since June 2005. This is in respect of our 3 Bedroom Penthouse Apartment in SW Majorca.
Carolyn provides us with support when items at the Apartment need to be repaired, by organising local tradesmen etc. Also, when resolving issues with local authorities, with regard to Rates payments etc. Carolyn is a great help, and in so doing, removes the need for me to resolve these issues from the UK, which undoubtedly would prove to be more difficult.
As well as providing a general Property Manager role, Carolyn provided an excellent role as Interior Design Consultant and Buyer, when we were initially fitting out the Apartment in June 2005. She worked to a budget, which had been pre-agreed.
Overall, we have always found Carolyn extremely helpful in ensuring that our ownership of the apartment is as painless as one would expect, given the distance and language challenge between UK and Majorca.
