Welcome Home from MallorcaStyle
Prior to the clients' arrival MallorcaStyle prepare the home by:
- thoroughly cleaning throughout incl. windows, etc. You determine how much or how little we clean.
- turn on air-conditioning or heating and water
- dress terraces
- take care of any personal requests, such as welcome packs, flowers, travel cots, extra beds, beauty treatment bookings and recommendations and restaurant bookings.
- we are also happy to arrange car rental and boat hire
- we arrange baby sitting services
Property Maintenance
For the times when your home is not being used MallorcaStyle can check the property on a regular basis, ensuring that it is properly aired, keeping a check on plumbing and electrical services and make sure that the property is properly secured. We can also oversee any repairs that need attention in your absence using our team of professional plumbers, builders, electricians and decorators.
Cleaning & Laundry Services
On vacating the premises MallorcaStyle can provide a specialist cleaning service, ensuring that everything from ovens, fridges, terraces and floors are left in immaculate condition, allowing you to enjoy the final days of your stay in Mallorca without the added stress of having to prepare the apartment for any length of absence.
We take care of all your laundry needs, such as washing bedding, towels, furniture covers and rugs in preparation for your next visit. We use the very best laundry service the island has to offer. Just let us know what you need and it will be done!
Pool Maintenance
MallorcaStyle provides an excellent pool and maintenance service. We offer a 24-hour call out service for pool pump problems.
Whether its advise on the best chemicals to use, or the latest efficient pool heating systems, we have the expects to help.
Garden Maintenance
MallorcaStyle offers a garden maintenance service alongside our property management service. We have knowledgeable, qualified gardeners who are used to working with Mediterranean gardens, dealing with irrigation systems and systems on tank supplies.
